Centrally located, safe and family friendly Backs up the the Constitution Trail Very short walk to Keg Grove Brewery Minutes to both ISU and IWU Campuses Adorable Living/Dining Room Bedroom with a full bed and half bath. Upstairs Bedroom with queen size bed 2nd floor loft area has a twin size daybed that can be turned into a king size bed Full bathroom upstairs. Finished basement with an additional living area and a 3/4 bath (bath and sink, but no toilet) Great front porch and back porch.

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. This cozy get away will take you back in time, but with all the comforts and amenities of modern lifestyles. You will not believe you are just 10 minutes from downtown Peoria & 7 minutes from Par-A-Dice Casino. The Barn Loft is a quiet retreat. The space has a private bathroom and kitchen. The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

Welcome to our mid 1900s caboose TP&W 527 and step back in time. Unwind and relax as you settle into your retreat. Enjoy the view from the cupalo as you browse through one of the books on board, or sit at your dinette and enjoy a board game. Sit out back in one of the adirondack chairs around your own private fire pit and enjoy s'mores, or just a peaceful evening. The caboose has been completely renovated and many modern convienences added. You'll love this unique and romantic escape!

Three bedroom home, allow up to 8. Hot tub overlooking backyard pond. Plenty of room to entertain or relax. TV's in common spaces. Piano, foosball table, record player, and pinball games. 2 full baths. Easy access to I55, I74, ISU, IWU, Heartland, State Farm, Rivian. Parking in driveway, plenty of street parking, up and downstairs backyard decks. Decor is eccentric, inclusive, diverse. We do require guests to have to rented from AIRBNB before and have reviews for us to view.

Take a short walk to Morton's downtown eateries and shopping. Kemp's 208, Dac's , or The Office on Main for a beer, are some local faves. Conveniently located to Peoria and Bloomington Normal 25 minutes to Rivian 15 minutes to OSF, Unity Point, and Caterpillar Morton has many parks~ disk golf, soccer, pools. and bike trails .
