The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24. The apartment offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen with beverage cooler and bar counter, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy the great view and the fresh mountain air to the fullest on the terrace or relax in the garden sauna in the evening.

Die Alte Sennerei Lechleiten ist ein liebevoll renoviertes Ferienhaus für idealerweise 6 aber maximal 10 Personen. Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist. Gerne wollen wir unser Haus an rücksichtsvolle Gäste vermieten, die dieses Kleinod wertschätzen.

Den wunderbaren Ausblick und die Ruhe des Waldes können unsere Gäste aus den großen Fenstern und von ihrer privaten Terrasse mit eigenem Gartenabschnitt in vollen Zügen genießen.
