Fabulous village location with lovely gardens and patio. Walk to restaurants, galleries, shops, library, wine shop/cafe. Entertain kids at the playground, enjoy Steel Band music on Monday evenings (seasonally) or swim at high tide in the warmer inner waters of Blue Hill Bay. Comfortable living for an individual or enough room for a family or up to 3 couples. Living room with 65″ flat screen Smart TV and pullout sofa. YMCA only minutes drive. Your well behaved pet is allowed for a $75 fee!

Lavender by the Sea

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

Within a short walk are the Brooklin General Store, Friend Memorial Library, Town Office, Brooklin Historical Museum and Keeping Society, WoodenBoat School and Store, Brooklin Village Inn and Pub, a handful of shops and places to eat, and numerous boatyards.
