The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

The upstairs loft features a queen size daybed, shuffleboard table, and 65" TV. The property also has a private nature trail with 250+ steps down to the covered creekfront gazebo. There is a hot tub, firepit area, high speed internet, and washer/dryer.
