This unique Treehouse and cabin getaway is five minutes (not 50 min) from the New River Gorge bridge and National Park and Preserve, located close to the Long Point trailhead and Fayetteville. The New River gorge is full of activities like hiking, biking, climbing, whitewater rafting, birding and a whole lot of other outdoor fun. New this season is our deck space and additional cabin with outdoor dining and bar area, Blackstone flattop grill and a Hottub with a great view overlooking wolf creek.

Lake-front retreat w/ unbelievable sunsets, swimming & kayaking, tucked in between the Cliffs & the Reserve, 30 miles west of Greenville. Private park-like setting for a couples getaway. Updated one-bedroom small cottage w/ living room, kitchen, bath, laundry, AC/heat. The entire property is included w/ your cottage rental; 1.1 acres, 800 ft of lake shoreline, a dock, a pier, a sunset deck, a social pavilion, waterfront hot-tub. It is a private lake experience; nothing really compares - unique!

Enjoy one of the 3 decks. Inside: * 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, Central AC and heat, fresh bedding and towels, equipped kitchen. * Excellent WiFi at the cabin but cell service is spotty. Use WiFi calling.

Mtn. View~Cave Hot Tub~50 Ac~ATV Trails~Fish~Swim

Mountain home: like in the movies, on 50 acres. Includes soaring mountain views, swimming holes, hiking trails, ATV trails, fishing creek, mini white sand beach, hot tub in a cave, huge boulder rustic fire pits, cave, lake, cabanas, all in a heavy forest exclusively for guests. Private: you cannot see another house from the front porch or back decks and it has thick woods all around. At the top of the property are soaring views with 3 miles of visibility. No need to go to the national park.

Sophie's cabin is tucked away in the forest of the gated Riverbend Community. It is a quiet retreat ideally suited for a couple looking to unplug and be in nature. It's both spacious and cozy with a private bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, and a comfortable living room. There is a large private deck behind the cabin with a dining set, gas grill, and 2 lounge chairs. A large Ingles grocery store and several restaurants are open nearby. Our private lake is open and as pretty as ever.

The outdoor area has a wonderful blend of activity and leisure. Relax on outdoor furniture under the flamelight chandelier in the gazebo at the waters edge. Maybe take a nap in the lovely cotton hammock or swing at the rivers edge with that special someone. Bring everyone together with a fantastic games area.

In cooler weather, snuggle up by the fire with a good book. Lake Santeetlah is nestled in the mountains of NC, and 80% of the coastline is national forest. You read that right. The producer loved the cabin and the view so much that 15 minutes of the Hallmark movie, “Love in the Great Smoky Mountains: A National Park Romance,” was filmed at this cabin.
