Goderich Guesthouse Year-Round

DISCOVER THE DIFFERENCE in our year round immaculate, woodland guesthouse as we provide all with freshly washed blanket/bedspread etc., as well as the usual clean sheets! 3 min. drive to Goderich beaches/boardwalk. *(Max 4 guests - Age 7 and up only - construction crews max 3 - Guests must be 100% non smokers/non vapers, no animals -allergies ) Sorry, but no exceptions so please do not request to book if any of *those are the case. The Happy House - 5 bedrooms! Right downtown.

Old fashioned, unpretentious - only 1 block from downtown - restaurants, shops and Avon Theatre. Not fancy but pretty great. Compact. Good light. Homey. Garden with a picnic table. Good for couples or families (with kids). Well mannered pets are fine. Driveway holds 4 cars in a row. For those with limited mobility, there is a large bedroom and a 3 pc bathroom on the main floor - only one step up to deck and one into house if you go through the back. There is a 2nd 3 piece bathroom upstairs.

The Guest House

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. Local Breweries a short drive any direction. 30 min to London. *$50/extra guest after 4 people
