#1101 Cartwright - Chic Downtown Apartment

Suitable for two or three people, the apartment has recently been renovated and has beautiful finishes. The bathroom has both a hot tub and shower, toiletries are provided together with plenty of good quality towels and a hairdryer. The king sized bed is dressed in quality linen and offers a comfortable nights rest. Extensive wardrobe space for unpacking. Key and garage remote to be collected from front desk secure underground parking free access to indoor pool and gym On the day of your arrival the keys will be ready for you to collect anytime from 2pm onwards. Keys will be left in the post box 1101 at reception desk. On the bunch of keys is a garage remote. The entrance to underground garage is on the Longmarket street side of the Cartwright building - first set of black roller doors - drive up ramp and slightly to the right is parking bay C2. Please only park in this bay. Located in the city centre, this is a vibrant area and the ideal place to base yourself to explore Cape Town's major attractions! The V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, CTICC, and Museums are all a short drive away. There are many restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. My City bus terminal and taxi rank right outside Cartwright building. I like to meet my guests if this is at all possible. I live in the same building (a few floors up) but if you are unsure of your arrival time the keys to the apartment can be found in the post box 1101 located at the reception desk. Upon arrival ask them to get them from the box for you. If you have a car secure and designated parking can be reached by entering the underground parking garage on the Longmarket street side of the Cartwright building. Enter at the first set of black roller doors-drive up ramp and bay C2 is slightly to the right. Also on the bunch of keys is a white credit card. Scan this in the elevator to reach the 11th floor. Simplicity and Comfort in a Beautiful Old Building

Seek sanctuary in the beauty of this old Victorian-style building that's the ideal place to quietly unwind. The balcony doors open up for plenty of light and fresh air from the garden. The 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms can be converted to a King size bed for a second couple or kept separate. Guests will sign in with security at the gate. I'll be staying in my painting studio which is not far away and I will be available at all times to assist. Long Street and the surrounding neighbourhood has an amazing collection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. All essentials are within walking distance, including supermarkets and pharmacies. The apartment has it's own garage to park your hire car and it is within 100m of where taxis congregate waiting for fares. For short stays, a house keeper will come in before check in and at check out. For longer stays, she will come in a couple of times a week (after 11am; Mon & Thurs); there is no additional cost, the extra cleaning just helps to keep things manageable. She will be available to do your washing & ironing if you request it. Note on the parking garage: The lock-up garage was designed for normal sedan size vehicles and will, unfortunately, not accommodate large 4WD's and panel vans. For guests that are going to be using a larger vehicle, there is a shopping center up the road that has overnight parking available (R100/night)

Midcentury Inspired Cape Town CBD Penthouse

This 137m2 2 bedroom apartment is city central where concrete jungle meets Danish delight. It is a comfy, light and open space where you will be spoilt with a view, the perfect location to relax and unwind either by yourself , partner or friends. I offer my full 2 bedroom aparmtent, and have full access to the apartments amenities. As a guest you will have full access to the entire apartment and access to a parking bay. Make yourself at home and enjoy my home. As I have mentioned I am moving overseas but have decide to keep my home on Airbnb, however I will still stay in contact with you regarding booking, questions and queries. I will happily suggest places to visit, eat at and activitiaes to do. I have arranged that someone will meet you to let you in and if you need any personal help on your visit The apartment is on the vibrant busy and ever-changing Greenmarket Square. Within a few blocks is a food lover's market for groceries, as well as infamous Long Street which is skirted with bars, coffee shops, and nightlife. One block away is the city sightseeing stop and office. Long Street and Adderley Street has multiple MyCiti Bus stops, 4 blocks away is the Cape Town Train station for buses and trains. Ther are cab services around where I can give you a number for or Uber is really convenient way to get around.

Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms
