Centrally located just a short drive from the highway, shops, restaurants, university, hospital, sports fields, beaches, national parks, the Coffs CBD and 25mins to the funky town of Bellingen. Complete with its own entry, courtyard, 3way bathroom, plus kitchen area (containing the essentials - kettle, microwave, toaster & coffee maker).

We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

We're back!!! After being away on an extended holiday we're opening up the Funky Cabin again. Only 100 metres from the beautiful Bellinger river. Relax in this unique and spacious studio, chill on the hammock or watch Netflix whilst having a rejuvenating bath. Enjoy a BBQ and wine on the deck and take in the bird life. Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

It comes with a deck for your private use and uninterrupted views of the breathtaking sunset. We will be on hand for any advice or help but you will be left to enjoy your stay. A short drive from the Dorrigo township and National Park, but otherwise serenely secluded on our 50-acre property. Idyllic farm cabin.

Cozy Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway at this luxurious cottage nestled in a pretty garden setting. A great place to call home for a night or a week! Only 1 minute from the highway, 5 minutes to beautiful Sawtell Beach, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to Coffs Airport, Coffs Hospital, Bonville Golf Club, Coffs Stadium and Southern Cross University. We have an Adult Only policy, the space is not suitable for children or babies.

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Kates Place - spacious clean + green

Only 2 minutes off the highway this recently constructed apartment has a private entrance and balcony overlooking natural reserve in peaceful surroundings. A fully functional kitchen ~ filtered water ~ spacious lounge and separate bedroom~ split system aircon ~ overhead fans and mood lighting. The bathroom has a generous shower and washing machine. Netflix is available along with fast wifi.

The Pottery Shed

Conveniently located half way between Sydney and Brisbane, we are less than 2 minutes off the highway. Come and enjoy the peaceful space, the serenity, the bird life and mountain views on our semi rural setting of 1.5 acres in the beautiful Boambee valley. The surrounding beaches, cafes and boutiques of Sawtell and all that the Coffs Coast has to offer are conveniently on your doorstep.
