The space is exceptionally clean—every linen, including the comforter, is freshly washed for each guest, so you can sleep comfortably. NO PETS ALLOWED $500 FINE & IMMEDIATE REMOVAL. If you’re bringing a service animal, you must notify us before your stay. Service animals must stay with their handler at all times and cannot be left unattended.

Designed specifically for Airbnb guests visiting the Youngstown Area, this warm and cozy smart-home with comfortable beds, black-out curtains, security measures, & modern features is a perfect fit for almost everyone. Crib and changing table available to accommodate traveling families. Off street parking in driveway ONLY. Due to allergies, NO PETS allowed on site. NO Smoking! If found to be smoking, guest will be charged a $1000 cleaning fee.

This space is totally new! It was a yoga studio recently renovated into a studio, loft apartment! It is airy and bright with a fantastic lake view. The lake has kayaks, paddle boarding and a peddle boat that are accessible to guests. There are walking paths around the lake and a deck with a hammock to sit and enjoy some nature time. The studio apartment has its own entrance in the back above the family garage. The family house is next door. There is a resident friendly yellow dog named Pug!

Boardman House

This is our guest house on our 2 acre park like property. We completely gutted and renovated this entire house. Pictures tell the story. Completely private and peaceful for all of our guests. Why book a hotel when you can stay in a home you’ll fall in love with? Probably not a better place in the area. We are less than 1/2 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, etc. My fiancé and I live in the main house and work full time.
