Designed specifically for Airbnb guests visiting the Youngstown Area, this warm and cozy smart-home with comfortable beds, black-out curtains, security measures, & modern features is a perfect fit for almost everyone. Professionals on business will find a quiet & effective work station (i.e. mesh wifi, printer, etc). Families with babies or dogs will have the amenities they need (i.e. pack & play, kennel, etc). This Home features a full kitchen, a nice fenced in back yard, a nice quiet reading/office space. Free WiFi. Washer and Dryer onsite. Crib and changing table available to accommodate traveling families. Off street parking in driveway ONLY. Due to allergies, NO PETS allowed on site. NO Smoking! If found to be smoking, guest will be charged a $1000 cleaning fee.

Boardman House

This is our guest house on our 2 acre park like property. We completely gutted and renovated this entire house. Pictures tell the story. Completely private and peaceful for all of our guests. Why book a hotel when you can stay in a home you’ll fall in love with? Probably not a better place in the area. We are less than 1/2 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, etc. My fiancé and I live in the main house and work full time.

The Great Escape

As one of our guests noted: “This home is named perfectly. It was a great escape." We invite you to stay in our small but cozy house in the very quiet "Pittsburgh Circle" area of town. The property backs onto a greenbelt - down a sharp embankment you can see the Connoquenessing Creek - which you can enjoy from the covered patio or the breakfast table in front of the large window. We have seen deer, groundhogs, hawks, and even a bald eagle!

Located just 7 miles north of downtown Youngstown, OH and less than 10 minutes from Interstate 80 (I-80), The Cozy Cottage is a traveler’s delight! Originally built in the 1830s, our quaint little cottage (1100 sq ft) is perfect for short and long-term stays alike.
