Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Bedroom with 180cm bed. Bathroom with shower and compost toilet. Washing machine and dryer. Stockholm City 25 km

Waterside Cottage w/Fireplace, near village square

This is at the edge of the water with a deck at the waterside. We have 1 bedroom with a double bed & a single bed. ( If your group is larger , you may rent our other stuga : SeaView Cottage in the garden of the same villa. In the other cottage there is room for 2-3 adults & 2 children in a loft) Sorry No WiFi ! please use your own mobile or wireless internet source. Welcome to our beautiful likeside villa just by Drevviken in the suburb of Stockholm. The villa is 67 square meters and has a large terass surrounding most of the villa. You vill be able to enjoy our garden, small private beach and pontoon. The area surrounding the house has three dining areas suitable for wonderful breakfast or evening dinners. You are most welcome to enjoy all of Swedens four seasons at its best. Stockholm is also available (approx. 20 minutes away) with public transport!

Låna SUP:en, vandra längs Värmdöleden eller gå till Strömma kanal och se båtarna passera förbi. Njut av makalös sjöutsikt från både spabad och tevesoffa och bli inte förvånad om ett rådjur passerar förbi. Eftersom värdparet själv ibland laddar batterierna här är köket fullutrustat och inredningen vald med största omsorg.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

The cottage is about 35 sqm and is operated with solar panels. It has a wood burning stove, comfortable double bed, a sleeping alcove with bunk beds, tiled bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Charming patio with sea views and access to barbecue. Only 150 m to the bathing jetty and 5 min to the bathing beach.

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago.
