Eda’s Bodrum Cosy Apartment with Garden

I am glad to help basic needs such as transportation, to know the bay area well and more. Basically, the apartment has a view of the sea and its own garden. It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. Ayrıca Tüm gün ışık alan aydınlık odalar ve ferah bir balkonu bulunun bu sevimli daire, 2 katlı binanın 2.katındadır. Aracı olanlar için park müsaitliği bulunmaktadır, olmayanlar için ise durak hemen evin önündedir. Özellikle uzun süreli konaklayan misafirlerden edindiğim tecrübeler doğrultusunda evimi eksiksiz hazırladım :) Güzel bir tatil dilerim..

Bodrum merkezde eğlence mekanlarina ,yarımadanın her yerine giden minibüs otogarina, sağlık ocağına ,Amerikan Hastanesine, dört büyük markete,haftalık sebze meyve ve tekstil pazarina , merkezdeki bütün plajlara 3 ila 15 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. 2015 yılında deprem yönetmeliğine uygun olarak yapılmış dört bloktan oluşan sitede sessiz, sakin,güvenli bahçe katıdır. Ev içinde sigara içilmemesi ve gece çevredekilerin rahatsız edilmemesi rica olunur.Umurca parkına çok yakındır ve düzlüktedir.

Long stay rent in Bodrum wth pool and strong wi-fi

We are located in Bitez and we are only 3 minutes walk away from Bitez sea side ( 150mt). You can find many sport activities, boat trip rentals, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in Bitez. We have strong wifi which helps home office working guests a lot. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony with a nice view. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can ask for kitchenware set free from the reception.
