This basement apartment is part of a home built in 1900. Recently remodeled, it has a separate bedroom, sitting room, kitchen area, and bathroom. One queen size bed, but an air mattress is available for younger guests, or we can provide a pack-and-play. Limited street parking available, or this house is a short walk to Hyde Park, Downtown Boise, Boise Foothills & Camelsback Park, St. Luke’s, and the VA. We are near the base of Bogus Basin, where great snow is just a quick drive up the hill.

Our basement studio apartment is light-filled and comfortable. With a private entrance, queen bed, table and chairs, and kitchenette with stove and microwave, bathroom with shower. This place is perfect for the single person or couple. Guests are welcome to enjoy our urban farm with walking paths, a labyrinth, chickens, horse and a mule named Joe. Ed and Martha live above this apartment and you may hear us walking around and climbing the stairs above you.
