Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. The cottage has wifi and a TV that has Netflix and DSTV. We are 4 km from Sandton City and 3,5km from Rosebank Mall. Secure road with boomed security. Within walking distance of shops and local restaurants/takeaways.

Leafy Craighall Park, home away from home (Solar)

Private, safe, clean, modern outside room with small kitchenette and bathroom with shower based in the leafy superb of Craighall Park. There is a lovely private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing or working. We have solar backup and water tanks so generally have no load shedding or water issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway!

Studio #292 is situated on a smallholding in Hartbeespoort on the slope of the Magaliesberg with a panoramic view of Hartbeespoortdam and surrounding areas. On the other side of the Studio is another listing, Coucal Cottage. The two listings are separated by a passage and linen room. The Studio has a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster and frying pan (makes a lovely breakfast or stir-fry). The Studio is within 15 minutes driving to Village Mall and other shops.

Bedroom 2, which is connected to the main bedroom, has two single beds, perfect for extra friends or family. The unit is centrally located, close to restaurants, shops, Walter Sisulu Sports Complex and Randpark Golf Club.
