Apartment Obala - Apartment 1

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It walls are one meter thick, so you don't need an air conditioner even in hot summer days. It is on the ground floor, with a nice terrace in front of the apartment. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. In the bedroom, there are stone walls like they were in the old house and through the whole ground floor there is a large wooden beam in the ceiling. It was originally a mast on a sailing ship and it took 20 villager to brought it to the house. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 25 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

The apartment is in the center, the seafront on the waterfront. It has two floors, terrace with a beautiful view, living area with kitchen, bathroom and a room with a lowered ceiling in the gallery. In living room there are 2 sofas and in the sleeping part of the gallery there are 2 beds . Fully equipped and very modern. Outside the door you step on a beautiful promenade which extends over 1 km to the beach Zlatni rat. The sea is in front of the house and the nearest beach is 50 m distance.

It's on the ground floor of a house along with a beautiful garden, a comfy patio and both southern and western terrace. Inside there is a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom.There is a possibility to rent out both floors of the house (suitable for 8 to 10 people) on request. Free parking on the premises.

For all those who love the beauty of nature and want to spend their vacation enjoying the benefits it provides and be disturbed only by the chirping of birds and wind noise, we are pleased to offer you a stone Robinson-style house in an olive grove. This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

Dodatni zeleni ležaj je pravi udoban krevet za 1 osobi .Apartman takodjer ima perilicu za sudje. -također ima terasu od 25m2 s pogledom na more i tihu južnu stranu. -svi su sadržaji dostupni šetnjom od 5 do 20 minuta. obavezna dezinfekcija ja živim u kući pa samo pozvonite i recite kada vam odgovara doći ostaviti bar kofere kućni red: od 22 i 30 sati navečer treba biti mir jer je to privatna kuća i ima još gostiju u kući i ne smiju se dovoditi druge osobe

Apartment is located 5km from Bol, It is placed in Murvica, a peaceful escape from all the city noise, and a village with the most beautiful beach. It is located on the hill and it takes 3 minutes of walking to get to the house from parking. If you are in need of beautiful nature, breathtaking view and a place to rest your soul, this is for you. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with dining table and sitting area (100m2).
