Weekend house "Olive garden"

Relax in a pleasant holiday house "Olive garden" only 50m from the sea! This is an alone standing house in 400 m2 lot and you would be there alone, no other tourists and no owners. It is located on the cape of a small, peaceful bay, Donja Krušica, surrounded by olive trees and sea. This small cozy house is with accompanying facilities such as a terrace, garden, parking area, secured play area for children and pets, barbecue, and all that with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Split.

This newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for couples and has huge balcony with sea views, lovely kitchen and bathroom and large double bedroom. It is located just 70 metres away from the beach. Free parking is included on the premises for a duration of your stay. You can see the sea directly from your bed and you can enjoy the sunshine or watch the stars on a huge balcony. Property also comes with the air-conditioning and its a climate friendly with solar panels as well.

Villa Grammy is 200m away from Paklina Beach and 500m away from the famous Zlatni Rat Beach. You have full privacy because it’s surrounded by nature. The holiday home is fitted with 2 bedrooms, a living room with an extendable couch, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. It has one bathroom, as well as one toilet and an outdoor shower. Guests benefit from private parking and free WiFi. You can also use our two hammocks, two sun loungers and two bikes.

Mi smo mala četveročlana obitelj koja živi u kući na 3 kata sa 7 modernih, potpuno opremljenih apartmana. Ovaj apartman je odvojena zgrada smještena odmah iznad naše privatne plaže. Imamo privatnu plažu (samo za naše goste i obitelj) i uz nju osiguravamo prirodnu vodu, tuševe, struju, roštilj, ostavu za plažne potrepštine, kao i 2 veza za čamce. Nalazimo se u mjestu Pisak, mirnom mjestu bez stresa, stvorenom za opuštanje i obiteljski odmor.

Villa Lovor

Delightful ground-floor holiday house is located near Trogir. This brand-new holiday house provides comfortable accommodation and is perfectly sumptuous for 4 people and pet friendly. The house is fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private entrance, parking and it's only 30 meters from the beach. Traditional stone house “Murvica” Max. 4 people / house with one room /air conditioning/shower/toilet In the house you will find a large room of 48 m2 in which the open twin room, the kitchen, the fireplace and the separate shower/toilet are located. You can access the open gallery on the 1st floor via an open wooden staircase from the ground floor. There are 2 more sleeping accommodations on the floor. New- Air-conditioning!!!!

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

Kuća je opremljena solarnim panelima i solarnim bojlerom te se ne preporučuje korištenje kućanskih aparata koji su veliki potrošači. Udoban smještaj sa dvije spavaće sobe, dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom i kupaonicom. U dvorištu se nalazi roštilj, vanjski tuš te sadržaji za djecu. Sa terase se pruža prekrasan pogled na maslinik i more.

It's perfect for a peaceful runaway that can turn into a full day of island cruising anytime you choose to do so.
