Cozy Cuba Cabin

This cabin is located in the Enchanted Mountains & just 7 miles from the quaint lake town of Cuba,NY- full of local shops, world famous cheese and great local eats! Inside, we have all the basic amenities you'll need for your getaway along with wifi, classic gaming console, outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill and (our favorite) upper and lower balconies to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. No air conditioning in cabin but 3 fans to keep cool. Dog friendly! Service animals are always welcome.

Next to 2,000 acres of State Forest, 30 min to Letchworth State Park, 10 minutes to Angelica, 40 min to Ellicottville, 30 min to Swain Skii Resort, 30 minutes to Tall Pines ATV park and 10 min to Rushford Lake! So much to do and enjoy!

This cozy space is approximately 3 miles out of the Village of Wellsville. It is very close to Alma Pond, Trout Run Camping Resort, Tall Pines ATV park, and the Wellsville Airport! It is nestled back into the woods, with some great views. The house is spacious, great living room, spacious bedrooms, and kitchen with laundry as well! There is super fast Wi-Fi. there are front and back porches where you can sip your morning coffee, and watch the birds whistle, this is very family friendly!

Potter County Family Retreat-Dark Sky Stargazing

Our fun hidden gem is just the retreat you need! Only 7 minutes from Downtown Coudersport for all your shopping and dining needs. 20 miles from Cherry Springs Star Gazing. Very close proximity to ATV trails/Pilot Program in season. Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 2 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.

Mapledale Cabin

Property is located near 7000 acres of public hunting & fishing land, as well as miles of roads for ATV/UTV use. Kitchen is fully equipped. Attractions within an hour include Kinzua Bridge, Cherry Springs, and Rock City Park. Nearby towns include Shinglehouse, Coudersport, PA and Olean, NY.

This home is out in the country close to St. Bonaventure University and Cuba Lake in a relaxed neighborhood. This two bedroom ranch style home has exactly what you need for a family get away. Two bedrooms available all on the same floor. The master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your stay. Full kitchen dining and living area with driveway parking for two cars.

Our property is unique as it sits on a large acreage which includes a private 5-acre pond. Kayaking and fishing(catch and release) are favorites while visiting this great getaway. This newly built home has modern amenities for all to enjoy. This home & property sits on the NY/PA border which makes this an ideal place for hunters to lodge during the active whitetail hunting seasons in both states.
