Ours is a home lived and loved that at certain times of the year we share with the guests with joy and that tells part of our history: the passion for nature and for the territory of Tuscia. From our house one has the impression of being in the countryside while not being an isolated house. The exciting view of the lake offers very intense moments. We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.

Civita Nova si trova a 250 m dal centro del paese. Il Borgo di Civita si raggiunge a piedi in circa 30 minuti ma a 300 m dall' alloggio vi è anche il servizio navetta. Accoglie animali domestici di piccola taglia con il pagamento di un piccolo supplemento. Il parcheggio è gratuito in loco, presente connessione Wifi. L' alloggio é climatizzato, con cucina fornita di tutto. Bagno privato con doccia, biancheria da bagno e lenzuola sono incluse così pure la colazione Self service.

Il B&B sorge in una zona rurale delle colline orvietane e dista 15km dal centro di Orvieto; precisamente sulla strada statale Umbro Casertinese - località Biagio - che da Orvieto conduce a Montefiascone. È il tipico casolare in tufo, risalente al sedicesimo secolo le cui pietre sono state estratte dalla collina che lo circonda e lo protegge. Completamente ristrutturato nel 2009, dispone di tre camere ad uso foresteria, graziosamente arredate con bagno privato.
