Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Wir vermieten unsere moderne, gemütliche 100m² -Wohnung am Obstmarkt, dem historischen Stadtzentrum Bozens. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer und einen großen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche. Die Ausstattung ist neu und modern, dicke Holzbalken an der Decke und der edle Holzboden bringen Gemütlichkeit. Die Terrasse mit dem begrünten Flachdach ist ideal für ein Glas Wein in lauen warmen Sommernächten oder einen Glühwein im Winter. Ein privater Parkplatz gehört ebenfalls zum Apartment.

Appartamento comodo ed accogliente, immerso nel verde del bellissimo parco del Talvera, con piste ciclabili e meravigliose passeggiate lungo il fiume. Proprio di fronte, troviamo il Museo d’arte moderna e contemporanea. In due minuti a piedi si raggiunge inoltre il Museo Archeologico dell’Alto Adige, dove è conservato Oetzi, l’uomo venuto dai ghiacci e siamo quindi nel cuore della città, con il suo centro storico, i suoi portici e locali caratteristici.

The apartment Thalerhof Naturae Lignum is situated in Unterinn Ritten, which is 15 minutes by car (11 km) away from Bolzano/Bozen in South Tirol, Italy. It boasts a spectacular view of the surrounding Alps, along with newly renovated interior design, thus making it a wonderful getaway. The 45 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
