Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. 1969 Caboose

Spend some time in this meticulously restored 1969 Burlington Northern/Northern Pacific Caboose. It has been restored to resemble a luxury Pullman car from the 1930s complete with custom wood work. It sits on 10 acres in a very remote and quiet setting. The Caboose you are about to stay in was built in May of 1969 by the Northern Pacific Railroad in Brainerd, MN Number 10409. In 1970, Burlington Northern bought out Northern Pacific and our caboose was repainted and re-numbered 10040.
