Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

Two stories white building less than a mile away from Casinos, it is a Fourplex. The unit is in Front of the building 5 stairs going to the entrance. There will be a security camera at the entrance for security purposes. The Unit has 3 large bedrooms upstairs, with 50 Inch Smart TVs, big living room space downstairs with 65 Inch Smart TV, office table area, kitchen with Dining table with 4 chairs and utensils for cooking. Downstairs 1/2 Bathroom and Upstairs one Full Bathroom. Washer and Dryer.
