Två dubbelkajaker och 2 heldämpad MTB finns att hyra till förmånligt boendepris. Lakan, handdukar och parkering ingår. Perfekt utgångsläge för att utforska lokala sevärdheter och stadens puls. Direktanslutning med pendeltåg till Arlanda via Stockholm Central gör din resa smidig och bekväm. Välkomna att uppleva det bästa av vårt område!

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

The Jetty Suite, with Sauna, canoe & add-on spa

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Ocean View Cottage

Welcome to this two bedroom + bathroom cottage facing a stunning southerly view over the archipelago of Stockholm, and with a private jetty for swimming and relaxing. Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

House from 1850 located in historic Sigtuna

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

De som gillar naturen och "enkel" och rustik stil! Byggdes 1927, ägs av fjärde generation. Egen strand, brygga för båt/fiske/bad, delvist vilda tomten med skog och bär! (ca.60x60m). Lugnt grönt område av Norrnäs nära Rindö och Vaxholm. Utsikt på förbigående båtar Botten+vindsvåning=65kvm, 5 sovplatser (+4 gästsängar-200kr/pers per natt), altan - 30kvm. Endast 40km från Stockholm Central (bussen 3-4 gånger/dag i båda håll). Hästfarm 4km. Hemmesta Centrum 10 min med bil

Unique modern villa near the beach

Enjoy the Space: This home is brand newlarge spaces and with airy rooms. You walk into an open space with a combined living room and kitchen with visible beams in the ceiling and a height of 3.8 meters; the room is airy, with large windows facing the forest and sea. Relax in the nature: The natural plot is 1600 square(kvm) meters and is hidden from neighbours. Take a walk on the path surrounded by vegetation, and you are down on the beach with crystal clear water.

Adorable little guesthouse close to sea and hiking

A guest house with 4 beds in Saltsjöbaden. Dogs are welcome! Close to the sea, Baggensfjärden, and with a natural reserve behind the house. Yet it is only a 30 minutes train ride from central Stockholm or 20 min by car. If you take the train, it will be a 20 minutes walk from the train station. There is a wonderful forest just behind the cabin with numerous trails for hiking. The sea is 2 minutes away with a little dock and cliffs from where you could swim

Small house with sauna and a breathtaking view

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
