You may want to live outdoors on our sprawling covered front porch, back patio with water feature, or screened-in porch. Take a hike in our wooded backyard

The apartment is completely self-contained and there are 2 acres of woodland going to a small waterfall that the patio overlook. Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
