Studio proche de la mer, et nombreuses commodités

Le studio est idéalement situé si on ne souhaite pas utiliser sa voiture. Il y a une place de parking attribuée. La hauteur max pour le parking est 2 mètres La gare à 100 mètres et sans le bruit (Vous pouvez rapidement aller à Monaco, Nice, Italie…). Plage à 500 m. Frontière italienne à 1 km. Un supermarché à moins de 500 mètres. Le studio est équipé. Il faut 25 Mins pour aller au centre ville, à pieds. J'accepte les animaux, si il ne sont pas trop grands, propres et ne font pas de dégâts :)
