Our place is ideal for family and group travels, with ample parking space and a very spacious garden. We are only 10 minutes drive to KK CBD.

We have 4 bathrooms, which all have unlimited hot water supply. We also have a living room, which had sofa & dining table, smart-TV with NETFLIX, WI-FI, and an air conditioner. While our kitchen had stoves,electric hot pot, water dispenser, refrigerators，washing machine. Outside, we had BBQ rack.

Watch turtles come up to feed on the sea grass in the morning. We also have Lake-View and Jungle-View Villas with fans. We are the first full-service guesthouse on Maratua Island on 12 acres of beachfront property. Your includes a Half Board meal plan.

Hi, the Roxy Penthouse is located at Roxy Beach Apartment - Block B7-1 and B7-10. (2 penthouses) The penthouse is facing the beach. You may access both apartment and resort swimming pools. The Roxy penthouse has 6 bedrooms consisting 2 King size, 2 Queen size and 4 Single beds in total. The roxy penthouse also has a *private rooftop BBQ* area at the balcony.
