L'immobile si trova nella zona più bella di Bosa, al secondo piano, gode della meravigliosa vista del ponte vecchio sul fiume Temo, luminosissimo e vicino a tutta la zona del centro storico. Il mare fa sempre compagnia in tutte le camere da cui apprezzerete la brezza marina, il suono delle onde, splendidi tramonti ad ovest, la Luna sul mare, cieli stellati. Ricca libreria, angolo musica, amaca , divano e poltrone per il relax. Non c'è ascensore, ma le scale si fanno comodamente. L'acqua è potabile, ma io ho inserito un depuratore Disponibilità wi-fi. Gli animali sono graditi.

Nido d'amore nel cuore della Sardegna

La casetta di via Pia è una piccola casa storica del 1880, tipicamente costruita con pietra locale: il nero basalto dell'altipiano di Abbasanta. "Casetta", perché tutto sembra in formato ridotto... le piccole finestre, il forno per il pane, il cortile. L’alloggio è situato all’interno di una proprietà privata con un'incantevole vista mare fino alla vicina Bosa. A disposizione degli ospiti un piccolo terrazzino da cui si possono ammirare incantevoli tramonti o semplicemente vivere intensi momenti di relax e meditazione. Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

This spacious and charming apartment is nestled just a few streets away from the majestic 13th century Castello up the hill and a stone's throw from the centre of Bosa. Located on a peaceful traffic-free street, this apartment has a private terrace where you can dine al fresco. Pack your most comfortable footwear for exploring the winding cobbled streets. There is a sofa bed in the living room area which accounts for the second bed. Cotton sheets and towels provided.

In the historic center of Bosa, 5 minutes by car, in front of the sea at the Temo river. The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.

It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
