Apartment downstairs from hosts home. Living room, bathroom,kitchen/dining area, 1 bedroom, back porch with hot tub. In a quiet residential neighborhood on Lake Whitney. Back porch has wooded scenery, there is a small rocky beach 3 houses down. PLEASE OBSERVE HOUSE RULES BEFORE ARRIVAL. Pets are welcome PLEASE ASK BEFOREHAND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN AFTER THEM ; ie pet hair : vacuum before you leave - a charge will be assessed other wise Water to entire apartment is filtered.

You can enjoy this lighthouse inspired home with 12 of your closest family/friends. There are plenty of lake amenities and parks within a short drive of our house. We have a fun game room with amenities for the whole family. Feel free to unwind in the “The Getaway Capital of Texas” and come experience this unique residence.

Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, sunroom, screened-in recreation room, hot tub, outdoor shower, propane griddle grill, fire pit w/ furniture, 4 TVs, free Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry machine, cornhole, washers. Continuously recording security cameras located outside around property and entrances. Neighbor dogs are NOT fenced and roam onto our property.
