You have all the stuff in one bedroom apartment to make your stay happy and comfortable. Also, you have access to a pool, gym and rooftop. You are not faraway from Brisbane CBD; 5 minutes drive or 2-3 minutes walk to the train station to access the city. There is a local IGA around the corner if you want to get quick groceries.
