The interior is carefully curated with luxurious finishes and beautiful and comfortable furnishings in every room.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. Please note there is an enclosed suite with a tenant (not the owner), the suite is self contained with a separate entrance and is heavily soundproofed for minimal interaction.
