We are nestled among the Douglas Firs and Western Cedars on a rock. We call it our treehouse. 5 minute drive, 25 min walk (hill involved) from the ferry/Cove/restaurants. 10 min walk to Miller's Landing Beach, wonderful swimming, overlooking the North Shore Mountains. 10 min walk to Crippen Regional Park! It's located on Bowen Island - a gorgeous island getaway a 20 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver. This is an otherwise owner-occupied home, set up to be accommodate visiting guests but owner will not be in the premises and guests will have access to the entire home.
