There is a full size bed, wifi, fridge, 2 burner stove top, toaster oven, Keurig, smart TV, and essentials; plates, bowls, glasses, pots/pans, utensils, towels, washcloth, ect. Conveniently located across the street from a gas station, and down the street from several fast food restaurants, grocery stores, and 2 public parks. Just a short trip to Bowling Green, KY ,approx 30 miles. And 50 miles from Nashville, TN NO smoking inside.

Charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 2nd floor apartment in the heart of Leitchfield. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Minutes from shopping, dining, and a short drive to both Nolin and Rough River Lake. Luxury Pottery Barn linens and high end furniture throughout the unit. The unit is above 2 office spaces. We try to work from home when hosting, but please understand you may see us during your stay. We always alert the guest before entry. The offices are locked off from the main entrance.

This is our home set up as a duplex type house. Located close to Nolin lake, less than 15 min. from Mammoth cave park, 25 to 45 min drive to cave tour, 5 min to golf coarse, 10 min from blue holler off road park, 5 min to double J, there are mountain bike trails close, we have trailer parking, 2 fire pits, we have kayaks, and mountain bikes we can rent. Great country getaway to enjoy the outdoors in so many ways, or just stay in and play board games or choose from the thousands of DVDs.

There is WiFi, but you are in a Rural area, so the speeds are not the best!!
