We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

We are located just minutes from downtown Boyne city and beautiful lake Charlevoix. The property is steps away from avalanche mountain preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short 10 minute drive. We are centrally located.
