Lovely secluded garden studio flat suitable for one guest or a couple with a separate entrance located in Johannesburg's nicest neighborhood, Melville. Includes access to a swimming pool and a washing machine. Owner lives on the premises. Secure parking. Cooking facilities are basic, consisting of an oven/microwave, toaster, and coffee-maker. There is a dishwashing and prep area on the patio. A solar-powered backup system ensures minimal disruption resulting from power outages or"load shedding".

Our cottage, with backup Solar and Water Tanks to ensure our guests stay comfortable, is tucked away under a big sweet gum tree. Guarded by our two friendly Chow Chow dogs the cottage looks out on our pool and has its own outside patio and braai area. Inside the cottage is a cozy studio apartment with a kitchenette, study nook with WiFi, a cupboard and a comfortable double bed. The separate modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and soap.
