Limestone Bungalow is fully remodeled, pro decorated & all yours for your visit to historic Maysville. Downtown, walking distance to restaurants, shops. A beautiful 1182 sqft house. Downstairs is a living room, dining room, full kitchen w/vintage touches, 1/2 bath, washer/dryer. Upstairs you’ll find full bathroom, bedroom 1: king bed, bedroom 2: loft w/ futon twin sz, bedroom 3: full bed. Yard w/a deck, fire pit (March-Dec) and a watch markers shop, not restored. WiFi, 2 streaming tv’s HVAC.

It will comfortably sleep 4-5 with a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk (in a semi-private area), and two baths. Great home completely renovated from top to bottom. Perfect space for families, as this home is centrally located next to Augusta Pool and park and within walking distance to great dining, local shops, or just to relax and enjoy the Ohio River and August Ferry. We can accomodate groups up to 12 with the house directly next door also serving as an airbnb. The Red Door and Green Door Cottages are perfect for larger groups as both home are newly updated and share the same amenities.
