Stones throw to UWM, Lake Park, and Historic Downer Avenue shopping. Ten minute drive to downtown Milwaukee. We have been so lucky to have great guests, and we are constantly looking to improve your time here. This is one unit in a historical mansion with lake views! Layout is shotgun, open concept with a SMALL functional kitchen. Definitely gives off a pied-à-terre vibe. You have direct access to the back patio and a dedicated parking space around the corner. This unit is in the heart of the lower east side- close to the art museum, cathedral square, Brady st, 3rd ward, as well as the best restaurants and bars in MKE .

This amazing loft space has one of the best views in Milwaukee! Once you get upstairs, you won't want to leave! We offer a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, private bedroom and a single bed and futon in the common area. On the 3rd floor of a 3 unit building. Very close to breweries, Bucks Stadium, downtown, Brady St, East side, festivals, etc. We've enjoyed fun times here and know you will too!

The second floor of this house is a spacious private lofted area that is very open and has high Located in the back of home, Private entrance and close to the city. Dogs allowed!
