Down a nice picturesque country road you will arrive at Hiwassee Acres and our newly remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom town home. Each upstairs bedroom is spacious with a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other with views of the beautiful fields in front of the unit. The whole villa has recently been remodeled for your enjoyment. Downstairs, is the living room with a flat screen TV, dining area, a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and the second bathroom. Join us on our little homestead! This Listing is for CAMPING. Located 2 mi from downtown, 20-30 mins to Rafting and mountain biking, off street parking. Private entrance to campsite. Bring your own tent, or I have 2 camping hammocks or 2 (2 person) tents. 3 primitive sites, 2 can be within a fenced yard. Dog and chickens reside on the property, pets are welcome but must be approved. Access to the house is available for restrooms or cooking.

Guest Favorite, Near Everything, Love This House!

Be close to downtown, old town, Lee University, and within walking distance of shops (Starbucks, shaved ice shoppe, restaurants, parks, etc.). This beautiful home with a sizeable backyard is an excellent haven for families, professionals, and vacationers alike. And while it is just blocks away from excellent amenities, the location is neither noisy nor invasive. It's a perfect home-away-from-home!
