Property owners are located in an adjacent house should any problems arise during your stay.

Built in the 1950's & newly renovated, this clean and simple home truly is a "gateway destination" as the Texas Hill Country levels out near Brady and opens up into the plains of West Texas. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a comfortable living space & kitchen equipped with all needed cookware, linens, towels, wireless internet & Roku television. The Texas Sun House is a bright and spacious home designed with comfort and style in mind. The living area features plush seating, a 65 inch flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. It also features a fully equipped kitchen.

This newly renovated house has a great location in downtown Menard. It’s a full house rental and only minutes away from restaurants, a city park with a running trail, and the biggest grocery store in town. This home has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, and central air/heat. All three beds have firm mattresses. There is wood vinyl flooring throughout the house and a large washer/dryer, 42 in TVs in both bedrooms, and the living room has 65 in tv screen.
