Farm View Villa

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, farm stay experience. IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children sometimes. Bonus: Kids might play together ;-) Farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

Maison du Lac - house on lake, close to town

Maison du Lac sits on the edge of a picturesque lake in the heart of Margaret River. Located on the edge of the forest just 400m from the centre of town. This brand new split level 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home complete with cosy wood fire is an amazing stay. The gated strata is quiet, secure and peaceful with direct access to rails to trails. The views over the water to the forest backdrop are exceptional. A peaceful country feel yet close to all the restaurants, cafes and entertainment of town.

A private self contained quiet house, master bedroom with en-suite, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with one double and 3 single bunks, family bathroom, laundry, open plan living/dining/kitchen with log burner. Close to the river and swimming holes, walking, bike and bush trails. A beautiful 10 minute walk along the river into town. This property is ideal for couples, families or small groups.

Jersey Queen Guesthouse *2:00pm late checkout*

Jersey Queen is a 2-bed, family-friendly guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in the adjoining property with a child and a dog. You may hear us from time to time. We do our best to minimise our noise.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Kookies

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

Cowaramup Gums

A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.
