Situated on a small farm property with open paddocks and areas of bushland, the cottage is 10 minutes' drive from Margaret River township. Cowaramup, with its quirky cows along the highway, is on the way. Close to local breweries and vineyards, Littlebrook Cottage offers peace and privacy while being near to all that the Margaret River region has to offer.

The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. Our beautiful self contained limestone cottage, with your own garden, is within walking distance of town. A day at our cottage includes wildlife, nature, tranquility, relaxation, & wine! Wake up to birdsong, then wonder into town for breakie & a coffee before exploring what the region has to offer. At dusk stroll down to the River passing the local mob of kangaroos. At the end of the day enjoy a BBQ & glass of wine in the tranquility of your garden or tuck up in front of the fire in winter.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.
