Bring your own boat to explore the seven all sports lakes in Coldwater's northern chain or use one of our Kayaks or canoes to explore as well. Enjoy the large shared yard space, 2 small beaches, dock to fish or relax around the fire pit watching the sunset. This cottage is a comfy two-bedroom with two full beds, one with a twin loft bed over top.

Lake Lavine Hideaway is a completely renovated cottage on Lake Lavine in Kinderhook Twp. Lake Lavine is an all sports 88 acre lake, up to 80 feet deep. Great fishing - bluegill, perch, large mouth bass and pike. Boating (tubing, skiing) also allowed during High Speed Boating Hours. Lake Lavine Hideway offers 2 private bedrooms for 4-5 people with an optional Luxury Queen Mattress to expand to 6 for sleeping. Relax & stay with the whole family at our peaceful hideaway.

Relax with the whole family at our charming cottage. We are located on a private road with a wide-open view of Coldwater Lake, just walk down the stairway and you are there. You may dock your boat at our dock, or there are marinas on the lake who rent boats. Coldwater is the largest lake of 6 on the 17-mile chain of lakes. You can boat, walk, bike, or drive to restaurants and ice cream. Pet fee $150 per dog, by approval.
