Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

Enjoy our newly remodeled 3 bedroom home with water views and a 250 foot walk to Limewood Beach with private beach access. Our home is a 5 minute walk to 5 restaurants and bars, and a 5 minute Uber ride to the train station. Enjoy swimming and boating in the warmer months, or take a stroll along the beach and collect shells and sea glass all year round. No matter which time of year you visit, you will appreciate the tranquility of the ocean and will feel completely relaxed during your stay.

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Short walk to the Owenego, Lenny's, The Stand, Guacamole's and more. The stairs to the bedrooms are narrow and steep and not suitable for children under 4 years of age or anyone who requires assistance walking.
