Delightful converted barn, full of character. Sleeps 6. Secluded rural setting near coast paths & Crackington beach. Family run for over 45 yrs. It feels as though we’re walking at the edge of the world: the contrast of blue sea, craggy coast, gorse bushes & wildflowers is transfixing. The kids love it too. This is our family home- we are based in a gorgeous village 10 mins from Tiverton. A stone’s throw from several wedding venues, our place would be an ideal stay over for a family who want a home to call your own for the duration of your stay. Fantastic walks on the doorstep, river access and Exmoor a short drive away, we are a superb base for a Devon holiday. We are 45-minutes from north Devon, Exmouth, Teignmouth and 25mins from Exeter. An ideal home for a peaceful retreat!

We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.
