A mile away, you'll find Deep Eddy Pool (spring fed and open year round), Lion's Municipal Golf Course (18 holes in the heart of Austin), and Lake Austin's waterfront dining. There is access to public transportation (bus) within walking distance (less than a mile). The walk is doable but not incredibly pedestrian friendly. Please note that Via Libre is an upstairs apartment without elevator access. Via Libre requires a 2 night minimum on weekends. We are happy to work with you to accommodate special requests. Durango: Steps from Texas A&M!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2nd floor unit down the road (3 blocks) from the campus of Texas A&M...and even closer to the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment at Northgate. This unit is on the Bryan side of Campus so it is convenient to everything Bryan and College Station. The main bedroom includes a single king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the secondary bedroom is very small with a twin bed. The queen sized fold out couch is in the living room.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.
