This large modern family home is freshly renovated, located approximately fifteen minute drive from Launceston City Centre. This home has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas. You'll have more than enough space to relax and soak in the views. I'm not likely to be at the property when you arrive - the property is equipped with a lock box so you can check in at your leisure any time after 3pm. Lock box codes will be sent in a message to you, on the day of your arrival.

With off street parking and local village amenities only a short stroll away, the cottage is less than 6kms from the airport

Tamar Rest

This stylish, spacious, one bedroom suite provides privacy and comfort. You can lie in bed and take in the panoramic views across beautiful kanamaluka/Tamar River to the hills beyond and the glittering lights of the city at night. Enjoy a local vino on the patio in summer or in front of the cosy wood fire in winter whilst watching for wallabies, cute little pademelons or our resident echidna. A lovely continental breakfast with homemade bakery items will set you up for a day of sight seeing.

Naivasha Tiny House with Wood Fired Hot Tub

Naivasha Tiny House is the perfect romantic getaway. It is set in a clearing in the Tasmanian bush and has amazing views of the countryside. The tiny home itself has been built entirely of cedar by local artisans. It has been fitted out with antique and reclaimed furnishings with an emphasis on comfort and laid back luxury. The wood fired hot tub is without doubt the highlight. The claw foot bath, indoor wood fire, outdoor fire pit and friendly native wildlife are close seconds.

The property is surrounded by World Heritage Rainforest which is a result of the protracted Jackeys Marsh Forest Protests. 2 bedroom self contained unit, with disability access, located in a peaceful, tranquil setting. A short stroll to the river bank where you can look for our resident platypus and other wildlife. Bring your fishing gear for a spot of fishing (fishing licence required) or bring your canoe for a leisurely paddle. Ample parking on site. 5 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the city and an easy drive to the historical villages of Perth, Evandale and Longford.
