Located just 5 minutes walk from the beach, rock pools, boat ramp and tennis court, this comfortable house has breathtaking views over the Bay of Fires, from Eddystone Point to Binalong Bay beach, visible from the large deck, bed in the main bedroom and the sunny open plan living area. Evening sunsets, over the ocean are something to behold. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been modernised and are very functional. The Derby Lodge 'Two Bedroom' Stay option

The Derby Lodge '2 bedroom stay option' features a large open plan kitchen lounge and living area with a fire place and spectacular views over the valley. Its our main large Lodge, minus the Lodge apartment on the end. You have private access, the bike garage and workshop downstairs, and the large deck at the front of the property. It can accommodated 6 people comfortably over the 2 rooms in all single beds or a king bed option. (Please let us know if you want the king bed)
