This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Lokacija je savršena za miran i ugodan godišnji odmor, sa kristalno čistim morem, najčišćim na Makarskoj rivijeri. Villu krasi savršen miks tradicionalnog i modernog. Okružena je velikim vrtom sa 17 stabala maslina, nekoliko palmi i borovom šumom.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

Allow yourself to be the chirping of birds and the spectacular view of the sunset relaxes the soul .... The house is not recommend for young groups.

Casa Mola je kuća koja se nalazi u masliniku 1,5 km udaljena od Sumartina, mjesto na kojem imate potpunu privatnost, mir i tišinu a svega ste nekoliko minuta vožnje autom udaljeni od centra mjesta i prekrasnih plaža. Topla voda i struja se napajaju solarnim panelima. Odmorite se i opustite u ovoj mirnoj oazi.
