Relax on the patio with a glass of wine and observe the wildlife,birds, deer, fox, javelina ~ just to name a few. In a short 3 minute drive you will be in downtown Marathon where you will find shopping at Front Street Books, Evans Gallery and Pitaya Verde. Stop by the famous White Buffalo Bar for an award winning margarita. Just a 45 minute drive to the entrance of Big Bend National Park where you will find incredible hiking, river rafting, bike riding as well as an opportunity to cross over into Mexico and Boquillas.

Casa Vista Grande sits on a hilltop with spectacular unobstructed views of Big Bend NP and the Chisos Mtns. It's 1.3 miles south of Terlingua on a good dirt road…off Hwy 170. It is 6 miles to the entrance of BBNP. The river, mountain biking, hiking, and stables are nearby. Our remodeled 1200 sq. ft. adobe house features one bedroom with a king bed, a queen Murphy bed in the spacious living area, vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, large bathroom with tiled shower, fire pit, and two covered porches.

Other amenities include microwave, refrigerator, record player, vintage games, books and more. Welcome to Terlingua's newest and most luxurious property, Stardust Big Bend. A-Frame #5 accommodates 4 people. The location is central, 5 minutes from the national park and Ghosttown, on the main highway. Each cabin has a full kitchen with all cooking essentials. A wrap-around deck on three sides with patio furniture, a covered pergola, & a firepit. We have a clubhouse with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, arcades, darts & more. We have 12 rentals in total for large groups to stay together.

Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the ranch land facing south that provides unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch. Marathon is a quaint west Texas town with a public park, gardens, restaurants and shopping. It also has a level 1 night sky rating for star gazing. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.
