It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Enjoy Rochester from this historic mansion with tons of character and charm.

A completely remodeled comfortable 2nd floor apartment with King bed greets you upon entrance and gives you that home away from home feel. This is a half house apartment. No local guests. Property is available to international and out of town traveler’s.
