It has the amenities you need while you are away from home plus a regulation size pickleballs court. Feels out of the way, yet is close to stores, restaurants and various activities. Area Activities: -Raging Waves -Fox River is perfect for water activities -Marge Cline Whitewater Course -Silver Springs State Park -Saw WeeKee Park for mountain biking Restaurants within a 5-20 minute drive.

Please choose my home for yourself, not just your dog; enjoy a full kitchen & appliances, 1 full size futon bed, basic tv, laundry & bath w/free parking. It’s peaceful living on a septic w/well water. Welcome to the country! Clean yes, but lived in & loved. Limited WiFi-no streaming. Weekly & monthly discounts. Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

The Ranch

Escape to our peaceful ranch nestled in the shade of old oaks across from a sprawling golf course. A perfect place for a relaxing getaway, family reunion, baby or bridal shower and even golf enthusiasts! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 6 beds, and a pull out sofa bed, it sleeps up to 12. Enjoy the large front deck, fire pit, fireplace, high ceilings, and large gathering room. Catch a glimpse of the the deer early in the morning and at sundown. Our guests have raved about their stay!

Enjoy a stay within walking distance of 3 parks and about a mile from downtown Oswego and its quaint shopping area. Nestled in the middle of a great neighborhood, you'll feel safe and be able to enjoy a quick getaway or an extended stay. If you're interested in visiting Chicago, we're close enough for day trips to the city (about 45 miles) but far enough to save some money. You'll definitely have a great time here!

Quaint Batavia Coach House

The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
