It’s modern but with a home away from home feel! The amazing beach is a 5 minute walk away. The site is privately owned so no noisy clubhouse. The site is very peaceful & relaxing just like our chalet. It’s a lovely space to just to UNWIND! Read a book with a glass of wine and chill.

Cedarwood Bungalow is a fully refurbished, charming wooden seaside holiday chalet built in 1936. There is flexible accommodation sleeping up to 5/6. The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and a summer house. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.
